You agree to use the platform only for lawful and authorized commercial purposes. It is forbidden to attempt to breach system security, reverse engineer, use automated robots or scripts to extract data without permission, or engage in any conduct that could harm Lightni's infrastructure.

All content available on the Lightni platform, including design, source code, trademarks, logos, texts, graphics, and proprietary algorithms, is the exclusive property of Lightni or its licensors, protected by current intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

The electrical sizing and cabinet specifications generated by the platform serve as pre-designs and automatic commercial simulations. It is the sole responsibility of the user and a qualified engineer/electrician to validate the electrical requirements (such as exact circuit breaker sizing, cables, and distribution boards) at the physical location of the LED panel installation before starting physical assembly.
